Tom Sheehan, Inc., (tomsheehan worldwide / tomsheehan healthcare; referred to collectively as tomsheehan worldwide) operates the web site located at www.tomsheehan.com (the "Site"), an on-line commerce and information service in which registered and unregistered users ("Users") may learn about tomsheehan worldwide, tomsheehan healthcare and its products and services and receive industry information and news services.
